Harald puts his heart and soul into his work as an organizational consultant, mediator and university lecturer. His special field is change design. Shaping the present from the future – together with his clients, he designs future-oriented strategies and forms of organization that enable innovation. As a systemic organizational developer, coach and certified mediator, he moderates team and large group events, conducts individual coaching and assists conflict parties with mediation.
Harald looks back on 30 years of experience in leading positions in trade and industry. As a human resources manager in the wood and automotive industry, he was jointly responsible for 1000 employees, managed transformation processes, developed management programs, installed an innovation management system, introduced Kaizen, MAG, SAPR/3 and a company-wide apprenticeship training system, and also developed pay, time and shift models. He teaches at several universities in Austria.
Harald studied sociology and economics at the JKU Linz. He also holds a degree in General Management from the University of Salzburg, Westminster University London, Fudan Univeristy Shanghai, Rotman Business School and Management Zentrum St. Gallen.
