Antonia supports our clients in conflict situations and accompanies them in finding solution-oriented ways to deal with conflicts. She works as a mediator and conflict management consultant for individuals and organisations.
In addition to her work at ImpactLinx, Antonia works as a consultant at HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation in the field of evaluation and learning. Previously, she worked for six years in the non-profit sectors of peacebuilding, mine action and human security. Her tasks included project management, accompanying internal change processes, as well as consulting, training and facilitation of processes in post-conflict countries.
Antonia holds a Master’s degree in International Relations – with a focus on security and conflict management – from the Geneva Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and has trained in change management, mediation and conflict management.
